The secret to further comfort is to modify the mold to fit the contour of the kydex. Another little secret I've discovered is that the distance of the belt clips from the sheath makes a difference. But I must say that there are way better options for LEO use. Safariland offers a wide array of great retention holsters and they seems to be a favorite among officers of the law.
